Authentication
The process by which Scalefusion verifies the identity of a device or user before granting access to its services.
Auto-Enrollment
A feature enabling devices to be automatically enrolled in Scalefusion upon initialization or during a factory reset.
Azure AD Integration
A feature that allows Scalefusion to integrate with Microsoft's Azure Active Directory for streamlined user management and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities.

Backup & Restore
Features within Scalefusion allowing administrators to back up device configurations and restore them as needed.
Bandwidth Control
Features that allow administrators to limit the network bandwidth used by devices or specific applications.
Baseline Configuration
A predefined set of settings or configurations that serve as a standard or starting point for devices.
Batch Processing
A method of processing multiple tasks or datasets as a group rather than individually.
Biometric Authentication
Refers to security processes that authenticate or verify a user based on biological characteristics like fingerprint, facial recognition, or iris scan.
BitLocker Management
For devices running on Windows, Scalefusion provides tools to manage BitLocker, Microsoft’s disk encryption program.
Blacklist
A list of disallowed entities, often referring to applications or websites that are restricted from use on managed devices.
Blocking Mode
A mode where certain functionalities, apps, or features are completely blocked or disabled on a device.
Bluetooth Management
Feature enabling administrators to allow or restrict Bluetooth functionalities on managed devices.
Bluetooth Pairing Restrictions
Controls to limit which devices can be paired to managed devices via Bluetooth.

BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
A policy where employees are allowed to bring personally owned devices to their workplace, and to use those devices to access privileged company information and applications. Scalefusion offers specific features for BYOD management.

Glossary
A glossary is a collection of words pertaining to a specific topic. In your articles or dissertation, it’s a list of all terms you used that may not immediately be obvious to your reader. Your glossary only needs to include terms that your reader may not be familiar with, and it’s intended to enhance their understanding of your work. Glossaries are not mandatory, but if you use a lot of technical or field-specific terms, it may improve readability to add one.
